Can't access Support website

When I try to access any support website, (http://www.arcgames.com/supportredirect/app/) I get a too many redirects error in Chrome, and a simple timeout in Edge. The Support tab in the Arc launcher also fails to load.
I have troubleshot as hard as I can on my end (multiple devices on network, clearing cookies, clearing dns cache & changing dns servers, even trying to log in via LTE on my phone) but still can't access the support site.
I can only imagine this is some sort of DNS problem. Traceroutes and pings to support.arcgames.com, support-perfectworld.custhelp.com, etc all come up normal, but once I hit that specific URL then everything stops working.
It's been this way since I started playing again a few weeks ago. I am stumped.
