Sector patrol missions, I guess 23c can't do them?

On my second run through I decided only to do the missions that required me to go back to the 23rd Century like the Divedians arc and a few others and generally skip the the Fed war arc for the most part execpt for the 2 missions at the end of the KDF war arc and Temporal ambassador.

I was planning to do the generic Patrol missions, but I am finding I can't do them. I guess because it's a 23c character they are barred from Patrol missions?

If so that's a tad on the lame side.

Edit: NVM. I guess I just had a bug cause one FINALLY popped up.

I have done almost the entire Klingon War Arc. Next time I get on, I will look into it. This isn't good cause I use them to get that last bit of Exp to get a level I'm after. Or to get past a small leveling wall.
