Omega ground set costume v.2 not displaying

I believe this has been reported in the past, but I'd still like to see it fixed someday. So I unlocked "version 2" of the omega ground set visual in the reputation for 5 omega marks, but that didn't do anything. I know that the Omega and most KHG alt set visuals are tied to the old STF accolades (impossible to achieve that now), so my suggestion is to just make these costumes available through the reputation and just remove the outdated accolade requirement.
