How can i get the Gold ferengi ship?

It looks awesome; and i've read somewhere it ha a 5/3 weapon layout. WoW!
How can i obtain this ship? Is there an current promotion -doff or R&D packs- at the moment?

But, yeah. Can't get it. Really, as I have the D'Kora and the Nandi, I would have likely chased after this ship, but what I really really want is the Box-o-Swag that got mailed out to those who got the ship. So, while I hope maybe a non-gold version of the ship becomes available, I really hope the hat/shirt/glasses become available at some point. The signed copy of the game? Fun, but only useful if the promo codes still work...

But also, people get tired of seeing the same topic being posted over and over and over and over. Yours is at least the 10th thread on this topic posted in this subforum in the last week. The horse has already been dug up many times for further bludgeoning.
Not doing a proper search before posting can imply you don't care about other people, who have already taken the time to answer your question more than once in other threads. That hopefully was not the case and it was just a new poster mistake.

The interviewer mentions the ship and that PWE already put out a statement about it to MassivelyOP, but his question was about people having promo emails disabled on their accounts. All Steve basically said was if people turn the emails promos back on they should get the email for the ship, but also they are going to "push" the ship to accounts that were suppose to get it. I have seen someone say they found the ship in the promotions tab of the c-store without ever getting any email about it. I'm assuming Steve meant they're going to manually add the ship to people's accounts.
A more brief summery: All Steve said was they were going to make sure people who were suppose to get the ship are going to get it. He didn't address any concerns of the community.
No, it is not related to Britney Spears (unless she is a poster here, which we would be unlikely to be made aware of) or her work.

I would also like to see special things added to the mega packs (even though I don't own many) to make them more attractive to purchase. Like a specially themed ship interior for buying the AoY $130 pack that wouldn't be available any other way. I am not griping because I didn't get a gold ship, but it would be nice if PWE offered up some special incentives to buying things more often. The Voyager interior for the pack is one good example that encourages people to buy that particular bundle.

The mods here are on an unreal crusade to crush any conversation on this topic. They don't just lock the threads, they remove them. This one will be deleted as well.
They're doing everything they can to push this under the run and not allow any discussion on the topic. This type of behavior is typical of those in power when they know they're wrong and are afraid to discuss the topic.

To answer your question OP. The ship was handed out to a selective group of people in STO. Players who met criteria as in “support the game” were obviously given it.
There has not been any detailed information about what exactly those criteria were. I like the gesture very much that supporters of STO get rewarded in such a fashion however not making the whole thing transparent has a somewhat disappointing tone towards it.
Over the past years I payed a fair amount of money for this hobby. Sometimes more, sometimes less. All depending which direction Cryptic was going with this game. For me it was not that much or nothing I would not have spent for my entertainment one way or the other.
Last Sunday morning I made a discovery in my Z-store reading that the gold marauder is available for me. I never got any mails though. A friend of mine who supported the game equally as far as I can tell did not get the ship.
What can I tell you? The stats are nice but not as good as on a lot of other ships available so you don’t miss much game mechanic wise. I’m not a fan of the Ferengi so the ship also does not astatically please me. Under no circumstances I’d put on the gold hull because I would simply find it embarrassing.
All my 10 toons sit on decent ships. There are 1 or 2 atm for which I consider a new one but the nagus marauder does not qualify for those chars.
The worth of that thing for me personally are the admiralty cards one can never have enough of because it’s the one way ticked out of the grind in STO.
I use this opportunity to thank Cryptic for this gift, however reading how much concern this whole promo caused I wish I could simply give the ship to my friend or to you OP. Somebody who really wants to have it while I won’t make much use of it.

maybe not as nice as a free ship but a nice consolation none the less and with the 3 free lockbox keys within probably more useful in the long run anyway, thanks cryptic.
