Why is Temporal Marauders still a queue?

It's not always on like it used to be. It spawns at intervals like Borg and Tholian alerts. So why isn't it "instant entry" like Borg and Tholian alerts?

    iirc.. this was changed about a month ago to ENSURE there was a full que to play the event and all players started at the same time.. A great move on Cryptics behalf.

    IMHO, this could also be Cryptics solution to the problem with the Borg RA's and the fact you can join a Borg RA already in progress and get squat for the effort. What's totally wrong with that picture.. is you may be headed to a Borg Group, only to have V'ger warp in, and you don't get back to V'ger there until it's game over. There's massive DPS in the Borg alerts and ONE Player can reap the benefits while the other 4 get the shaft, and the 30min CD..

    Yep.. I know there's other ways to obtain sequential Borg RA's, but so do the DPS-demi-gods..
