DPS Los since Thursday anyone else?

Since the Thursday downtime i have a DPS Los on my 2 Sci Chars around 30-40%.
It Looks like some Traits and Console arent working or didnt count as Sloted but Shown as Sloted.
On most Runs i see that my Secondary Deflector didnt work,but its Sloted.
My fed Sci get the Nautilus and 3 new Traits my Rom Sci has no Change to everything and both have the Same DPS los.Both non TOS Chars but i have TOS Captain.
