Does this make you hopeful for the future of Star Trek Games ?

I think it looks amazing, but I'll bet it'll be pretty light on story, and exploration aspects...but it certainly is an interesting first step into VR gaming...and wow, the potential to do something truly amazing is right at our fingertips.

I hear the wait times for the Public Queues are insane for this game. This makes more sense at some arcade. After all, how many people are willing to take out there VR headset to a friend's place where it can be stolen or damaged just to play this game?

looked into it, it's a much more limited version of Pulsar: Lost Colony.

and...well....

Ubisoft, AND, Oculus? it's not something the majority of gamers like, and gatdang the Rifts are dropping on Ebay every day, sales have crawled to a halt, they really screwed up. so expect them to lash out like a cornered animal when it gets worse.
