1:If my hologram doff that I got from the replicator gets dismissed can I just rebuy it?

2:Where can I find info on which sectors give which doff missions, the info on the star trek online wiki is very out of date.

1. Yes.
2. With a few exceptions, it's just variations on the same theme everywhere.

The exceptions:
-Colonization chains and their related missions are available in the sector space nodes with the doff icon.
-The Project Chrysalis chain and missions associated with gamma quadrant commodities are limited to the Cardassian and Bajoran space in the Alpha Quadrant.
-A handful are limited to starbase contacts, particularly those from security officers and recruiters
-Refugee trade-ins are generally limited to the vicinity of the planet named in them.
-A small handful of maps like the Dyson Sphere have their own unique sets of missions, which are still generally variations on the normal everywhere theme but stand out just enough to get a mention (like giving a few reputation marks or splitting cxp between two tracks instead of one)
