Bug or not? Withering Disruptors for Temporal Defense?

I'm looking at the rep rewards for the new faction, and according to the UI, rep level 4 unlocks "Withering Disruptor" beam and cannon weapons. Is this correct? Are they re-using the Terran weapons? Or is it a display bug, and it should refer to some new chroniton weapons?
