Did the expansion break Risa gear?

After the big update, I noticed a few things about the floaters and boards. The Superior floaters don't do the little waggly thing with the jets on the sides, and it doesn't to the jet flare thing when you accelerate. The power boards all seem to have had their jumps nerfed (although that may be just to stop people from cutting that one corner on the last turn :P ).

    The equipped weapon doesn't disappear when using the Floater.

    They rebuilt the animation backend; as a result, a lot of animations in general are messed up right now. It's a known issue.

    It would have been cool if the animation bugs caused wings to sprout from my captains' backsides when they equip the floater.
