Starship Trait: Highly Specialized--buff duration bug with Hold Together

This trait says it is supposed to trigger a buff to Hull Restoration, Exotic Particle Gens, and Weapon Specialization by +10 each for a 20s duration upon activation of a specialist Boff ability.
I activated this trait and tested it out on my Klavek Pilot Raptor using Hold Together I--Pilot specialization Boff ability to test it.
The buff triggers, and the buff icon begins a 20s countdown, and the +10 to the respective skills is being reflected in the stats window, however the duration is not 20s, it is about 8s--the same duration that Hold Together I lasts. The buff seems to end when Hold Together I's duration is complete, which is much shorter than the 20s it is supposed to last. The buff icon over the ship UI that begins a 20s countdown disappears when Hold Together I ends--before the countdown attached to that icon is complete; and the buffed stats reduce back to normal.
I haven't tested it with other abilities yet.
