    Depend on the situation.

    Edit: If you want your answer more specified then you have to ask a more specified question.
    This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

    I am making a temporary freeze on making any more rep gear until my Temporal Recruit gives my acct mkXIII ultra rare rep gear access. I am already going to have to remake all my rep gear already because of that so thats grinding i thought i was done with. :(

    Just letting you know rep stuff will be obsolete if you get this temporal recruit reward. Im sure alot of folks will put off rep gear making because of this. Dont want to waste my time and resources.

    Rep stuff won't be obsolete, just it will come in at XII VR instead of XIII UR -saving dilithium and upgrades on purchase.

    Both and neither. At the same time. Space Sets will not save a bad Captain who contiually makes bad decisions.
    Like so many things in STO, which set works best is situational based.

    Is that really account wide? Because that crucial detail is missing on the description, if you don't have any other source than the blog it looks like this will only affect the event character.

    Let me ask you something antonine, if you had a choice between very rare 12 and ultra rare 13 that costs exactly the same what would you choose?

    Exactly. No one would want the lesser thing. Thats my point. What term would you use?

    It is acct wide.

    Someone asked the dev that question and he said it was an acct unlock.
