Career specific kit reward box failing to open

in Tribble - Bug Reports
pretty much what it says have a career specific kit reward box that just refuses to open all I get it the message unable to use career specific kit reward no rewards generated

    Are you referring to the ones obtained as mission rewards?

    If so (or really, even if not) can you recall where you obtained the box from?

    I have this same issue now. i cant remeber when i got the box was a while ago. cant open or delete the box.

    Is this bug on Tribble or the main game server Holodeck? Also, what mission was it? If this is on Holodeck, then it needs to be moved to PC Gameplay Bug Reports. Thanks. :)
