Question about the Targ H.O.G.

Did the Targ Powerboard get nerfed intentionally, or is it a mistake? I just noticed that the Risa Mini-Powerboard - Elite (Targ H.O.G.), which costs 1500 favors, shows the same speed stat as the Risa Mini-Powerboard - Enhanced boards, which only cost 500 favors. I was also using the Targ in a race and was completely stomped by people on the three Elite Longboards and the Future Flyer. On the opening straight the other types of boards simply outran me and the only person I could keep ahead of was the other person using the Targ. I know last summer the Targ was on par with the Elite longboards, but it seems when they added the other mini-powerboards the Targ got a significant downgrade. Currently the Targ shows, and races as if it has a speed of 68; compared to the Elite Longboards and the Future Flyer which have a speed stat of 78.

    If you look at the full tooltip, it shows speed of 78 in one place and 68 in another, so I'm sure it's a typo. The speed should be the same. I'd recommend a side-by-side race with a friend to verify.

    I checked, and yes, the detailed tooltip when you right click the Targ in your inventory does say it has a speed of 78, so I ran some time trials on my own. Just a short straight line from one landmark to another, since racing another person has too many variables, such as traits, etc. The Future Flyer clocked in with an average time of 7.03 seconds, the Targ clocked in at 7.93 seconds and I bought an enhanced board for comparison and it clocked in at 7.90 seconds. It would appear that the Targ is acting as if it has a speed of 68 rather than 78.

    On the first day of Risa I used Targ and got stomped...everyone else in race would just pull away from me in the straight-aways. I asked in zone chat and multiple people seemed aware of issue stating that its a known bug (or nerf) and are hoping it is fixed in next weeks patch. Fortunately I got the freebie future flyer on the same account and it works correctly and is faster than Targ.

    It's bugged, confirmed by a dev, and will be fixed soon.
