Three Fleet Mates have confirmed Romulan Hyper-Plasma Torpedo Launcher Mk XII projectiles will not move towards the Gateway or Transformer if it is selected. Their and my other torpedoes (that we tested) will fire and hit target. Only the Romulan Hyper-Plasma ones will just launch and sit there. Also they have no issues targeting any other enemy in the area and will track and hit them just fine. This was tested in Vortex PvE.

Edit - I can confirm this and that the standard Tricobalt torpedoes that are buffed by high yield won't move towards a structure.

Also affects the Vaadwaur Cluster Torpedo. Seems likely that it's all destructibles.
