Trying to finish old Crystalline Entity Event and keeps saying inventory is full when it isnt

so yeah today i finaly finished up last times Crystalline Entity event in the Rep (the one with the holo Conn DOFF) and yeah its not working.
everytime i click claim reward it says its failed and that i should make room in my inventory and i have more then 20 slots of inventory open so can some one please help? as i would like my Holo Conn and my 50k dilithium

Try signing out of that character and sign back in? Or restarting the game, altogether.

Also, I am not sure if the DOFF comes in a box, or not, but make sure you have an empty DOFF slots?

thanks it did not occur to me that i was full on DOFFs im just so used to them coming in the boxes. seems kinda stupid how i forgot the old ways as ive been playing this game since a little after it became F2P
