Duty Officers - Passengers view is broken

When I open the Duty Officers window and press Duty Officers then Roster then Passengers, I see my regular duty officer roster instead of my Colonists. It's the same as the Officer Roster view on the top tab except that only two filter items are available (Traits and Species), just like the colonist filter. Reported in-game.
