Consoles to boost Elachi torps?

Gamepedia lists the Elachi Subspace torp under "Tricobalt". Does the TCD console work for it?

Where does it mention it is a tricobalt torpedo?
    http://sto.gamepedia.com/Silent_Enemy_Set

It's an unique torpedo which is only boosted by consoles which boost torpedo damage in general.
    E.g. http://sto.gamepedia.com/Console_-_Tactical_-_Warhead_Yield_Chamber

This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

If you look for it in the list of torpedos...its listed in Tricobalt..Very few Torpedos are only boosted by the general topedo console.

Like the Tricobalts its got a disable proc..While yes..it is a unique torpedo, it still falls into one of the specific types..Like the Hargh'peng is a quantum...

But the regular torpedo is not target able (HY is target able). It's not a tricobalt torpedo as far as the game is concerned.
It lacks the Trico characteristics and is not boosted by TCD.

For the sake of the comparison, the Harpeng is not boosted by quantum consoles either.

It's boosted by the TCD console, yes. Tested it out a few months back. If you want to doublecheck, a green console is plenty cheap.

ETA: Weird little side note: the Temporal Disruption Device counts as chroniton for damage purposes, but as Tricobalt for proc purposes. E.g., the doff that gives a chance for a higher flight speed with Tricobalt torps also works with the TDD.
