Fleet Emblem Colors

So I went to change my Fleet's emblem and discovered that while I'm presented with quite a few color options, I'm unable to mouse over almost three quarters of them, making them unselectable. I searched the forums and couldn't find any recent posts on this, so I thought I would mention it. It has apparently happened before and was fixed. But that was some time ago.

    We have a similar issue in our KDF fleet. FED fleet seems fine.
