Has the assimilated tractor beam been updated with the removal of the crew system

Assimilated Tractor Beam shows that it does 5 crew damage / second, 10 seconds in the tooltip still. I thought this system was removed? Was it replaced with something else? thanks.

    They have been a little behind on updating ALL of the details for items since the change.
