Launcher Crash When Trying To Access Tribble

As per the title, I have no issues accessing Holodeck, but whenever I try to load Tribble the launcher gets as far as the 'Star Trek Online New Dawn' splash screen, so just before the character selection screen, and then crashes with the following Fatal Error:

Fatal Error: Direct3D driver returned error code (DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED) while Presenting. Reason: 0x887a0006 (DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG)

Any suggestions for a fix? Seems odd that this only happens when trying to access Tribble (I've tried multiple times today with the same error being generated every time), but I can access Holodeck with no issues (as, again, I have done multiple times today).

    Can you post more details about your system (CPU and GPU would be the especially important things to know) so that we can take a look?

    Additionally, are you running with DirectX11 enabled or disabled?
