Fleet Map Invitations Bugged - Using Elevator returns you to your Fleet's map

A bug has recently appeared ingame relating to fleet 'map' invites. This is different to the bug relating to new member invites/500 member cap.
TL:DR VERSION:
When you are invited to a fleet holding via a fleet map invite, a new bug means that you are no longer able to use the elevators to switch to other decks in the fleet holding you have been invited to - using the elevator instead sends you back to your own fleet's holding.
This has broken the ability to offer full invites to people to fleet holdings - they can now only use some services (those on the main deck), and not those on other decks as before.
LONG VERSION WITH LOTS OF WAFFLE AND FILLER:
There is a feature ingame which allows you to send a map invite to another player to visit each of your fleet holdings. Once invited, they can then take advantage of most of the various vendors and services present to go shopping, do various tasks, etc. This ability to invite players is one of the reasons why big channels like nop public service and so on are so successful and popular, and provides an important source of social/player interaction ingame.
However, a few hours ago, several of us discovered a recently introduced bug relating to this system of fleet map invites:
In the fleet Starbase and Embassy, there are elevators/lifts which you are required to use if you want to access other decks in the holding. These other decks contain important services/vendors that other players often ask for in the service channels.
Until recently, when you used these elevators it would send you to the other decks in the fleet map that you had been invited to so you could use their services. However, a recently introduced bug now means that when you try to use these elevators - it still sends you to the right deck - but in your fleet's holding, instead of the one you were invited to.
This bug means that it is no logner possible to offer fleet map invites for several services and vendors, as when people try to reach the deck they need to get to, they are kicked back to their own fleet's holding.
Several of us have tested this using multiple characters and fleets, and have found that the following maps all have this problem:
Starbase:
Engineering Deck
Science Deck
Tactical Decks
Embassy
Ops Deck
Shuttlebay Deck
