Is there a list anywhere (or if not can we as a community make one) of what shields alter the appearance of your ship and what visual effect they give?

Given the new visual tailor options for ships that are available since 11.5, I thought it might be useful for people to know what options are out there and perhaps even how they can obtain each one if they want to.
