Where can I purchase the Ferengi playable Race?

in C-Store, ZEN, and Promotions
The Ferengi playable Race used to be in the C-store (Zen Store) for purchase. It is no longer listed. Where can I purchase the Ferengi race now?

    Hey there, it just is one of the playable races selectable from the list when you choose Starfleet, no unlock necessary.

    that makes two of us... paid for several of em and other things that are now free... but since I'm a lifer, i'm at least being paid to play now....kinda... zen stipend...

    True, I've been playing for nearly three years and Ferengi was the Third character I made after getting life membership.
