Kumari cannons don't show up in Reclaim list

I only use but one of the three Andorian escort ships, so I drydocked the other two. I was just about to discard their Kumari cannons that were auto-dequipped, when I had the thought that it might be a good idea to see if they show up in the Reclaim tab of the Dilithium store. Turns out they don't.

You can dismiss one of those dry docked ships, the reclaim it. That's how you can get wing cannons, or consoles back. You'll lose nothing in doing this.
