any sto trade forums?

I'm on the klingon side and have been looking for two, very rare, security doff, +melee crit/sev and was trying to find a forum to post wtb/wts stuff, but was unable to do so. Do we have a section for trading or some other site that people go to, if they can't find what they're looking for on the exchange?
