Giving up on Events

The Breach event has broken any desire I have for future events, and not just because it wasn't fun. I completed it on my main, a pure grind that it was- and didn't even get the Admiralty reward ship (i.e. it's not in my Ship Roster). Oddly an alt did receive it.
I put in a ticket, but have the expectation that it will never be answered. This isn't the first time for our family, my wife lost her Dyson ship reward for that event, the box just disappeared out of her inventory. That ticket was never answered either. Heh, that ticket is still there, 699 days with the only reply being that it will be responded to in the order it was received.
Enough hamster wheel in exchange for nothing for us.

I'll take your word for it as I'm too disgusted to log back into the game for a while. Time to do something else.
Anyone remember the days when companies posted their bugs so that their customers knew what to expect and avoid in play? I miss those days.
anyone remember the days when companies did their own beta testing and quality control, instead of expecting their customers and players to do that? I miss those days too.
Now I am less anxious about Events.
note: the "we redid the mission2 turned out to be a few arrows indicating where to fly to... big Change that was

all have mastered Intel tree (and some more specs Points)
highest DPS: 60.982
I loved the 'roller-coaster', hated the AFK'ers. Worst response from an AFK'er for not taking part 'I knew you guys wouldn't have enough DPS to complete this'. 2 dropped out after, and the other guy and myself completed it with no issue, and yes, the AFK'er got reported.
