Smaller "Choose Your Character" Window?

Apologies for missing something obvious, but is there a way to make the Choose Your Character window/section smaller? I bought a few new character slots and can't see the sixth one without scrolling down. This is obviously a very minor issue, but it is slightly annoying.

I have a Windowed Display, but making the overall Game Client window larger didn't have any effect (the Choose Your Character's scale adjusted whenever I changed the Game Client window height).

Under Options-> Basic, Interface Scale says it changes the scale of the UI (and would be perfect based on what it does to the Options Menu), but it doesn't seem to affect the Choose Your Character portion of the log in screen.

As far as I know, there is no way to get more then your first 5 characters displayed on the select screen.
