Terran Rep ground outfit lower severe clipping

I just got the Terran rep ground set and the outfit. While I'm really pleased it not a Special locked in outfit and can be used with any uniform parts, it clips really badly with any boots from about mid calf (the Boot TOS) and up. I have tried it on my Human looking Fed alien, my Romulan alien gen Romulan, and my Lib. borg all females. I have also tried the entire range from bottom to top of the bulk sliders. Also depending on the stance it gets worse. I can post screen shots if requested.
