Captain Profession Ship Slots - Enriching both the PVE and PVP gameplay, while adding more diversity

I'm gonna start by saying that if this improvement gets picked and implemented, my sole expectation is to be mentioned as the man who brought the idea. No other reward of any kind or nature is expected.
My idea is simple. To improve variety of the ship usage even more, add another non-universal Seat (simillar to a boff seat) with a lieutenant slots configuration which is only accessing ensign and lieutenant-level skills. What makes this Boff-like Seat special is that it allows the Captain's career to reflect even more to the ship he/she is commanding.(2 tac skill slots for Tac Captain, 2 eng skill slots for Eng Captain, 2 sci skill slots for Sci Captain). This will also encourage captains to experiment with various ships until finding a mix that really fits their playstyle (letting tacs enjoy torpedo skills or dual tac skills on some ships, engi getting decent engineering bonuses even on fragile escorts and sci captains taking the science edge further, defensive or ofensively in any ship they may fly).
For example, if you are a Science Captain and you're running a tactical ship, you will have access to two more Science skills on your ship, just because you are a science captain (for example, tractor beam I and tractor beam II).
If you are a Tactical Captain and you're running a heavy-engineering ship, you still have the tactical edge with two more Tactical ensign and Lieutenant slots (For example being able to slot a torpedo spread I and a torpedo spread II) to give you the tactical edge due to your profession.
If you are a Engineering Captain and you're running a Science-oriented ship, adding two more Engineering skills on your ship, just to improve your ship's Engineering prowess, because you are an engineer.

Important mentions: These Captain Proffesion Slots must be restricted to Lieutenant level not to cause any significant imbalance and overlap of multiple commands from a single captain and should only allow base profession skills (no kemocite laced weaponry, no Subspace vortex, etc) and no intel/command/pilot skills.

Implementation range : From Tier 3 Ships (Free and Cstore) to the latest available tier (T6 at the moment).

    What you are describing is very similar to the captain's abilities that we already have. Tac captains get Attack Pattern Alpha, Engineers get Miracle Worker, Scientists get Sensor Scan, etc. I don't think we need additional BOFF seats on top of that.
