Blank Screen Hanging on Launch

Can no longer launch game.
Right after patch, green light, launched Tribble, got a new prompt with a 'copy to clipboard' option regarding some error pointing to game launch path. Game launched anyways but reported server not available.
Closed it, launched Live, black window pops up but no "Cryptic" logo and loading bar. Just hangs.
Tried restarting PC, tried verifying files multiple times, safe mode, window mode, “-d3d9″ mode, nothing. Just hangs on launch and eventually task reports not responding.
Never had this problem before. Patch must have messed something up.
Anyone else experience this? Any workarounds? Only option I have left is to try fresh reinstall which I'm doing now.

I made no changes on my end whatsoever. First launch resulted in my GPU usage % dropping off to nothing and unplayably low FPS, and after a restart and relaunch it is all back to normal again, using DX11.
Workaround is to temporarily disable multi-monitor on launch. Seems to tolerate maximized, full screen window mode, or resized window fine afterwards.
