There are two bad things on deuterium surplus. You can have only 5 pieces slotted, after you consume them they disappear from your tray and second bad thing , they are bound? Why? I dunno, probably deuterium is rare in the future, even if in real is common. 1 molecule of deterium per 6000 molecules of normal hydrogen. Probably a deuterium can be found in the cores of brown dwarves in large amounts.
