Dropped mission "Qmendated"

Title says it all 
Since the anniversary maintenance on 28. January, I get a
[Mission] Dropped mission "Qmendated".
notification each time I transfer maps. Its on-screen fly-in notification has an "6th anniversary icon" attached to it.
Affected characters:
All, except my Delta Recruit.
When searching my mission journals - on the affected characters - for "Qmendated", I get an accolade entry that dates back to 31. January, 2014.

Completing the Anniversary Episode or Party Patrol each day will provide you with a Qmendation. Collect 1,000 Qmendations and you can redeem them for a Dyson Science Destroyer starship.
Use the Reputation System to contribute your Qmendations towards the completion of the project.

Try swapping in sector space, get EPIC long loading time which eventually dies all together..
Go to Ship selection dude on ESD and nothing happens..
I am also having this issue. In addition I keep getting randomly disconnected. I have run tests and it's not my connection.
