hi all,is a few days, when I go to the tailor and try to change the various costumes, I can not see more option for various types of helmet, the only thing that seems to me to be worn and that of Vedek, no helmet khan , nothing of any type of armor nothing.
if I open the tailor with a character wearing a helmet, this will disappear and there is no way to put it back.
someone else with this problem ???

I would have liked to give you a straight, simple answer but that's impossible. Because everything regarding head wear in this game is freakin' random with no persistent pattern and tailoring is a huge mess.
Firstly, look in the top right corner of the Head or Uniform customization screens. There's a pulldown menu for the costume sets you can access for that character.
Secondly, the Tailor has a very, very, VERY old bug (like, from STO's launch in 2010) where on some saved costume slots, when you try to modify it, it resets into some goddamn random mess.
Thirdly, it seems every other patch or once per month, Cryptic randomly changes around clothing items and moves them from one category to another, making it an annoying mess.
Helmet, head covering attire is actually a pretty uncommon thing in this game. It's also a goddamn mess. Some are tied to specific costumes and cannot be used outside that special costume. Some are good only in the Off Duty section. A rare few can be used outside their Reputation Costume Slot. A few examples:
Omega Helmet is tied only for use with the Omega Ground Set Costume.
MACO Helmet is tied only for use with the MACO Ground Set Costume.
Klingon Honor Guard Helmet is tied to the KHG Ground Set Costume but can be found in other uniform options.
Vaadwaur from the Lobi Store is an absolute, random mess.
Vedek is tied behind Off Duty.
Iconian Resistance headgear and lens from the Iconian Ground Set Costume can be used outside the reputation costume.
To further compound this mess of head wear, character race has limiting options.
