Breen Dreadnought Camera Position

EDIT - Appears to be a known issue and has open BUG thread already. - Please use other thread.
The camera position for the winter event ship (Breen Dreadnought) is in the wrong location when transitioning from normal space, planets, or other into sector space. The camera is placed above and to the center of the ship making navigation difficult. This BUG is present on all characters that use the ship and is persistent across platforms. (Two systems - one with GTX 770, and the other with 280x AMD). This is not a control camera reset issue as the bug clears when I transition from sector space into an event, system, PVE, or other. (Some times the issue does manifest in orbit around ESD or in the SAS area).
I have changed instances, changed characters, reloaded the 3d graphic (ala the fix for Sunrise), reset camera settings, all no effect. Tech support is silent on the matter say for telling me to restart my client. And again, that does not work.
I have video of the issue and am uploading it now.
