it is realy simple, i archived T10 rep for klingons in admirality and get this ship "on paper" - it is selectable for admirality missions, but it is imposible to select it as playable ship.
Why ?
as you say yourself this ship is "on paper" and that is an apt description, it is not a playable ship but is only usable for admiralty missions.
since admiralty come into the game for every ship you have and every future ship you get you also get a ship card for use in admiralty, think of this admiralty only ship as getting the card without getting the ship.
When I think about everything we've been through together,
maybe it's not the destination that matters, maybe it's the journey,
and if that journey takes a little longer,
so we can do something we all believe in,
I can't think of any place I'd rather be or any people I'd rather be with.
And do you really believe that the USS Rhode Island is the 'bestest ever' Science Ship based upon its Admiralty Card Stats?

It's admiralty, did you expect them to hand out free ships for doing no effort at all? Especially a Klingon ship with battlecloak to a Fed character?
The entitlement of people...
well, since in admirality times kdf and fed are allies..why not ? and yes, that ship should be basicaly for nothing, but where is problem with that ? you will get two ships this way and thats all.

I am going to go out on a limb here and say: "Because they haven't made T10 Ships yet." It is just a card reprisenting soeone else's ship. It already has it's own Captain.
The adjective version of "Entitled" is the feeling of deserving something without working for it. Since he had to work to reach Tier 10 in order to unlock the ship, that word does not apply to this situation.
You honestly think clicking on a few button every day for a few days is work. See above about what I said about the entire generation and the problem for this world. And if you think that deserves two 30+ dollar ships no less...yeah...I do believe i used the correct term.
Actually, clicking a few buttons everyday IS what I do for work.
And, no, I do not think that the Admiralty System should award $30+ ships.

The fact that they had to get to a certain character level and then acquire enough ships to able to click those. On top of that, they had to pick and choose which ships to send, and to attain the best possible chance with what they had acquired to finally get to 10. Not to mention the dedication it took to continuously log in every day to set those missions in motion, yes I do have to say that some amount of work was used to get to 10.
As for it being enough to get a ship....well...the precedent has already been set with the event ships where you click once a day to get the mission to complete, do it, and then turn it in for the currency to apply to a "reputation" mission to get a free ship. And this is less work, resources, and time involvement than getting to Level 10 in the admiralty system. So it applies.
Personally, I don't think the admiralty system should give you a ship directly. It does so indirectly by giving you dilithium which you can use to purchase ships. It also gives you EC, which you can use to buy ships with too.
jslyn is correct in her/his statement. Entitled doesn't apply. That still leaves whiners, coldnapalm. And that I have nothing to say about.....

Heh, today I got a 1x Quas card! I should get the ship too!
Actually..... I have a lot of cards for lockbox ships... maybe all of the T6 ones... not sure.... wait.. no Vonph or the raider, so I guess not ALL of them.

Because they were being nice and decided to give you a thematic reward suited to the activity you completed. Congratulations. Entitlement isn't about all or nothing unless you are looking at it from the point of view of an entitled person. A reward that fails to meet expectations still demonstrates how ignorant (both types) people can be. I'm lying. It isn't clearly demonstrated until such a person creates a wheedling, needy, and childish post about it.
Here is a sticker just for you for being such an over-"archiver"

It is really simple, you did not read about the admirality system:
"Your contributions to the United Federation of Planets have not gone unnoticed. The crew of the Rhode Island is honored to be of assistance."
"You have earned many favors from the Empire. House Pegh is here to honor them."
There you go OP..straight from the Admiralty cards themselves. Pretty much implies that we don't get the Rhode Island or the Hegh to ride around the galaxy in as they are 'on-loan' from a grateful Federation and Empire for services rendered.
I'm afraid if you want to fly them you're going to have to start saving your dilithium or Zen or dollars for them.

The problem is that you are an entitled whiner (I was going to harsher terms...but being nice to the mods today). The fact that there is an entire generation of people like you is a rather BIG problem for this WORLD. That aside...read. They said it was JUST the admiralty card. The fact that you can't read is not the fault of cryptic...at all. Now, your teachers and parents on the other hand....
well, tell me where IN GAME i can read that this reward will be only admirality card ?
Let me guess, you work for the government? I have a friend who's job is to press the enter key every hour...he gets 35 bucks an hour to do that for the government. I'll tell you the same thing I told him...that's not a job, that's social welfare.
No, I am Fiction author. I make right around $288 USD per hour. But I am also lazy and only work three or four hours per week. So: free time for money trade-off.
Op worked to reach tier 10, and his reward was a unique admiralty ship card. That was always the reward and it was never going to be anything else. He gained his reward for his daily mouseclicks. He wants more than his fair reward, that's what makes him entitled.
That makes his a wishful thinker. Tis not the same thing.
Simple question just needs a simple answer. Not some insult to the person. Yes, maybe they didn't read, maybe they did and didn't understand its meaning. I too push buttons for a living and its my job, I also help people everyday in that job, lots of them. What do you do? Its a wonder players even ask for help, half the replies are insults.
