I was in UIE today and I found that a suspect which normally would be cleared should be quarantined. I caught the change in the answer from last time, but not everyone on the team did and we failed.
The suspects can all either be Undine or Non Undine, and Now apparently, it switches off who you have to quarantine.
I really like this change as it means reading the dialouge is now of utmost importance.. YOU CANNOT RELY ON A GUIDE (or was it always this way?)
The guy I quarantined correctly was the priest near the temple, he normally says there are 11 orbs and he never joined the militia, but this time he said there were 15 orbs and he joined a few years ago.
In all my previous runs, this priest has been a clean suspect and given the correct answer.
So please remember to check all dialouge and clues in UIE!
"He shall be my finest warrior, this generic man who was forced upon me.
Like a badass I shall make him look, and in the furnace of war I shall forge him.
he shall be of iron will and steely sinew.
In great armour I shall clad him and with the mightiest weapons he shall be armed.
He will be untouched by plague or disease; no sickness shall blight him.
He shall have such tactics, strategies and machines that no foe will best him in battle.
He is my answer to cryptic logic, he is the Defender of my Romulan Crew.
He is Tovan Khev... and he shall know no fear."
I'm fairly sure that aside from one suspect, it can always vary. Unless you saw Holin Ginu (the security guard outside) actually change his answer?

It was the priest inside the temple, but I've done many runs and every time before he gave the same answer.. maybe was just chance.

As Gulberat says, the suspects have always switched from match to match. All aside from the guy at the security checkpoint
Ah, ok I updated my OP and thread title then

Yeah, I've done that so much that I memorized the right answers.
You got the Orb priest down.
The Librarian next door will either say the library is open to the public or closed to the public. Open is the right answer.
I forget who says them but "The Fire caves are closed" WRONG. "I drink Jumja." Jumja is the Bajoran equivalent of TAFFY.... Then there's the one about whether pigs can fly...
Yep it's always changed. All of them are capable of giving different answers but not all of them will.

And yet I met someone in a UIE today who made a total fool of themselves insisting the answers are always the same...

If they're insisting the answers are always the same then they haven't played that mission enough to know what they're talking about. The person you encountered is the type that expects to be able to just blast through things with no consequence.

I accidentally queued for the Elite version of this over the weekend. I guess I don't quite hate myself enough to endure that punishment ever, EVER again. Plus, running around in that city map reminds me of 'Of Bajor.'
Huh...the only issue I have ever had with Elite has been--as the thread title suggests--someone who doesn't read...or intentionally fails a question. But when the whole team is cooperative, the only nightmare I've ever had was an incident where multiple team members lagged out and the result was a near wipe, barely completed after what seemed like a half hour of pain on the final boss.

I had the opposite experience once where 2 impatient people left at the start (since we were actually taking time to read clues)
and then the remaining 3 of us continued to finish with no issues.. but we had a pretty good team mix, 2 Sci and one Tac, with the Tactical officer buffing our dps and the healing/enemy debuffs from myself and the other science officer, we managed.

yeha, there's never been anything hard about UIE. Not in terms of killing the undine. someone who's REALLY good could probably solo the entire mission. I once got stuck with trying to solo the boss and nearly managed to do it even when not planning to do that. (two guys dropped for unknown reasons, and right when it came time to fight the boss, I jumped down the hole while the other two guys were talking about whether we could win.... I got the boss down to 25% while they were whining about being shorthanded...)

My engineer or science officer could likely solo if if I really paid hard attention to what i was doing. theyre very tanky characters with significant ways of debuffing/doing damage.

I was using a Tac. Shard, Cane, Wrist Lance, Grenades, and a buff or two, security minions, I might have been about to pull if off if I'd used a Romulan security team too.
Whenever I do UIE, I always say to other team members, If you do not know the answers here, then leave it alone. Guessing the answers usually fails the mission. I know all the answers but sadly many team players do not listen or they don't understand english.

Yeah I was more talking about soloing the whole thing. I don't doubt a tac could do that, but I do think a sci or engineer would have an easier time of it.

Well, 7 of 13 has high innate regen(Borg passive+regen armor) so he doesn't need heals as much. Yeah, that's probably true though.
I once did a team with a guy who got distracted halfway through kicking the Vaadwaur off Turei. So I end up wandering around the map with my eng Borg Boff and JUST her(the other guy was team lead so the NPC ally stuck with him), and wiped the map clean by the time he got un-distracted.

Hehe.. Resistance is futile.
*Shrug* High innate regen is not specific to Lib borg. I managed to give my Romulan absurd health regen although I'm not sure how I did it.

True, but the Borg racial trait gives them an edge here. It's a lot like having RegHP RegSH, but as a passive that stacks with everything else that gives regen.
