Reclaim Frost Boots?

So I have one character without Frost Boots, so I went to purchase them from the Winter vendor. It says I can't, since they're "already purchased". I've triple-checked my Inventory, Bank, and Overflow Bag, and don't have them.

Any way to reclaim a pair for one char?

Try checking all your bridge officers. I use them as a bank for my ground devices and the like. Usually if I can't find something in my inventory or bank, they are there. Otherwise send in a ticket.

If you have the Breen BOff and don't use him regularly, he's a great place to dump winter gear, and it sorts makes sense.
