Dev's can we please get the option of more than 1 Doff for turrets & mortars please?

Granted they can be deployed rather often normally, but a single 20% chance is dismal compared to 3 security Doffs ea. @ 20% chance! And while security escort refresh time is slightly lengthy, it's not really an issue when 2 or more tac captains are in a team!!!

    Limit the escort doffs to one. I can get 16 security escort pets by myself with tactical initiative and a lucky proc. That much spam is nonsense. Since engineers lose ownership of turrets upon death and can easily have 9 or more out with some luck, MORE turrets is not the answer.

    What I'd really like to see is those turrets being a micro turret that is on the engineers shoulder or something so you aren't stuck with a cooldown for a turret you dropped 30m back. Mortars have good range but turrets are pretty much useless imo.

    Doh, I voted other, but this statement right here makes me want to change my vote to a yes instead. More doffs will come and having to be locked to 1 sucks.


    I was going to say simply up the percentage, and make it guaranteed 2 turrets/mortars are spawned, then the 3rd can be a random chance of say 33 or 40%.

    As long as the doffs just increase the chance to proc without multiproccing, it would be okay - that way, you'd have 20% chance to summon more with 1 doff, 36% with 2 doffs, and 48% with 3 doffs (just like the doff that beams in the other generator if you use shield/health generator).

    Although personally, I would prefer more variety (X% chance to beam in a heavy turret instead of a normal one, etc.)
