New Mirror Ship Skin for Fleet Ships

Though I have access to better ships, my favorite remains my T5-U Fleet Assault Cruiser with Yellow Mirror Universe skin (which I modded to add the new Red color under the Andromeda scheme option).
I am wondering if the new Red Mirror Universe Skin will be made available to us as well (without deleting the older Yellow Skin)?
And can we get an I.S.S. (A.R.W. and A.K.S for Roms/Klinks) designation added to the Fleet Ships as well?
