Confusion with Protonic Polaron Proc

There seems to be a two lines of "25% upon crit to deal TRIBBLE proton damage" One is a higher number and one is a lower number.

How does that work?

One is when hitting voth, and the other non-voth targets i believe, and so it is just variants of damage based on what the target is only one proc counts.

no there are two more lines underneath that says exactly the same thing but different number.

so it's like

25% chance upon crit hit to do 467 damage vs voth
25% chance upon crit hit to do 233 damage vs non voth

2.5% chance to -25 power blah blah blah

25% chance upon crit hit to do 360 damage vs voth
25% chance upon crit hit to do 180 damage vs non voth

Presumably it's a bug.

Whether it actually has an extra proc or just an extra line of text, I don't know.
