Admiralty suggestion - do not count shuttles against "alone" requirement

Uhh... this might have been already brought up, but it would be nice if shuttles didn't count as "other ships" when checking against "alone" requirement, since they don't really count as ships toward pretty much any bonus (not sure if they count towards "+x for ANY ship").
