Constant "EC Sellers" Spam

I get at least one PM and a friend request from an EC spam seller every hour. I click ignore or report every time, but they still seem to be able to PM me with the same account between 20-60 minutes later.

Why doesn't /ignore work and what is being done to stop these credit farmers, and why are they suddenly an issue? I've been playing for three years and they've never been an issue of this magnitude until now.

The issue is they can message you on new accounts after sending a friend request as long as you haven't rejected it yet.

Also check your privacy settings to allow only fleets/friends to pm.
