Do you mean the Lance weapon?
Most are integrated into the ship as a natural ability. Only ones that aren't are the Faeht Intel Warbird's Plasma Lance and Phantom Intel Escort's Phaser Lance.
There are a couple that aren't exactly Lance weapons, like the Vesta's Quantum Field Focus Phaser.
However for the most part... Lance weapons on Dreadnaughts are integrated and cannot be swapped out.

Like rattler said they're either integrated or not, rattler mentioned the two that aren't...the only ships with integrated lances are the Federation Dreadnought Cruiser, Romulan Kara, and the Annorax...the Nausciaan siege destroyers have the Javelin, which is similar to a lance.

The vet ship Lotus is a console, like the phaser lance on the Phantom and plasma on the Faeht. All are only usable on that ship or its fleet version (which will NOT come with the console). All of them require you to have the console in a slot.
Besides the Sunrise beam, there are rep set powers that are beam-like if not beam cannons (does Isokinetic cannon count?) like the Nukara set tetryon attack.

Well... as I'm not a vet and may never be a vet... I honestly didn't know.

The Isokinetic Cannon is less of a cannon and more of a torp launcher. All it does is shoot a large fast moving giant green ball of plasma to it's target and deals a large amount of kinetic damage.( then goes on a 60 second cool down before it can be refired) The vet ship all three factions vet ships do indeed have a lotus but only if the Dynamic tactical systems universal console is equiped on the ship as illustrated by a previous poster. Fun ship and fun weapon.
Well not exactly. The Isokinetic Cannon actuallly hits hard and bypasses shields. It's only really like a torpedo if you compare it to those on one of those farming foundry maps where the enemies are locked in some EMP nebula that disables their shields completely.
so of the lance type weapons, what ones can i put on any ship and where can i find them? assuming their not from a lock box ^_^
Closest you can get would probably be either the MACO set's Heavy Graviton Beam or the Quantum Phase weapon/console set that gives a sustained phaser attack similar to the Vesta's Quantum Field Focus Phaser in functionality.

You can't. They are integrated with a ship. Best bet you can do, is get the 3 piece set from Sunrise, it will give the look of a lance style weapon but that's it.
You CANNOT take a lance off a ship and just put it on another ship. Want a lance weapon? Get a ship that has one.

blast, and here i was thinking that i could have an awesome 1 2 3 beam attack, oh well.
You can, you just need for the fed side a Phantom or a Yamato.

So, none. Sorry.
Just other clicky-attacks from rep sets and featured episodes sets, like the 2 tetryon sets, the iso cannon, etc.
