New engineering power

I've heard some scuttlebutt about a new engineering power, but haven't been able to find anything on it.
Can someone confirm or deny the existence of this new power and what it is supposed to do?
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

Pretty vague question - you referring to structural integrity collapse from the xindi packs?

Maybe the new kit from QWW?

No, it was mentioned in a reddit topic about the new breen dreadnought so i assume it's a new power for space.

The rumour I've heard is about an engineering power for use in space.

Found this picture. Sounds like something to be purchased from QWW

"Endothermic Inhibitor Beam" because "Cryo Aceton Beam" was not technobabble enough.

I hope it's an episode reward.

Radiation builds are about to become a whole lot more lethal...

    Time will tell.

In a specialized build even the aceton beam is decent enough. It's not BFAW and situational, but used right it can be potent.

Yeah I mean like PVP... or whats left of it.

Radiation ignores shields and armor so being able to really stack it on could let you slice through tanks like a hot phaser through butter.

Aceton is best used as a debuff, it does damage, but cutting energy damage by 50% hurts.
