From what I understand the Breen dreadnought costs 1000x Winter Prize Vouchers (2015) getting that from the Fastest Game on Ice. Does anyone know how many days it will take to get that amount? I know we have something like 45 days for the winter event but like in my case i probably won't be able to start playing until next Tuesday, would there still be enough time to get it?
"There is iron in your words of death for all Comanche to see, and so there is iron in your words of life. No signed paper can hold the iron. It must come from men. The words of Ten Bears carries the same iron of life and death. It is good that warriors such as we meet in the struggle of life... or death. It shall be life." - Ten Bears (Will Sampson)

If you have trouble with the race (some people do), try practicing by following someone when they race and try to copy their movements. I also recommend doing it without the snowboots that make you faster, but slide.

No, you must do it 25 times on one character.

No. But you just have to run it once daily on one character. (Which would technically equal the same amount of time spent.) You can spend Lobi to get the favors and reduce the amount of days you need to play that way.

If it's like the summer event, you'd get 2-6 vouchers per 5 Lobi. I worked it out that if you average 4 vouchers/5 lobi, you'd need to spend 1250 lobi to get it first day. Far more than the most expensive lobi ships.

I am unable to claim on my alts with 40 vouchers I wonder if this is a bug. I see in Zone chat I'm not the only one with this issue.
Any project you cancel will mean the vouchers applied to that project will disappear. Not a big deal since you only need to do the race one more time for each of your toons.
I am not sure if the people in Zone Chat are confused, or if there is a real bug with the ship voucher system in this event. I only returned to play STO recently and it seems like I will be short 40 - 80 vouchers so I'm gonna have to spend some Lobi to buy the vouchers I need so that I can get the ship.
you don't need any vouchers to claim the ship on your alts, as soon as you claim the ship with your first character you should be able to claim the ship for free with your alts.
anyone having problems i would say
1 > make sure you have claimed and unpacked the ship with your first character, you will need a free ship slot to be able to do this, you may need to discard a ship that is reclaimable or move a ship to dry dock to free up a space.
2 > make sure you have unlocked the winter store on your alts, you do this by first visiting q's wonderland where you will receive 1 winter item if it is your first visit, you need to run a special reputation event project using this winter item to unlock the store, you must do this with every alt you have.
once you have access to the winter store on all of your characters and can claim the event ship with them you are then free to discard and reclaim the ship whenever you choose to do so and as many times as you like.
you claim the ship and reclaim if dismissed on all of your characters by opening the event store with the tab in your reputation interface and reclaiming the ship from there.
one extra thing, once you have unlocked the ship with your first character you can if you wish run a daily event rep project on every one of your characters and get 40 marks for 40 vouchers.
so if you have claimed the ship today you should have about 20 days of the event still to go, if you run the race every day on every character you could gain 800 marks of your choice on each of them.
When I think about everything we've been through together,
maybe it's not the destination that matters, maybe it's the journey,
and if that journey takes a little longer,
so we can do something we all believe in,
I can't think of any place I'd rather be or any people I'd rather be with.
