Temporial shuttle skin on the Annorax?

Just wondering, since the Annorax can use all the temporal consoles, shouldn't it be able to use the shuttle skin like the Wells and Mobius can?

I'd like to be able to use the alliance consoles on the Wells and Mobius! The Annorax is the only ship in the game though that can use the most consoles from different ships on itself...
