Recruitment buried

I have a concern here. Why were the recruitment threads buried so deep in these vanilla forums? I have heard quite a few people say they cant find the threads anymore. Wich I understand. It is not even listed as a subforum on the main page of the forums.

And why are the recruit threads put under feedback for heavens sake? This makes no sense. Please change this to how it use to be!
Many people find recruiting in a forum much better, elegant and more efficient than spamming zone chat ingame.
