How Much Is This Game Monthly?

Just out of curiosity, I may plan to subscribe to this game when I get my pay check from work. I want to know how much this game is monthly? Is it worth it? What do you get from a F2P player then you do with a Gold subscription? Let me know thank you! Sorry if this is in the wrong forum but dunno where else to post.

    Your pain runs deep.
Let us explore it... together. Each man hides a secret pain. It must be exposed and reckoned with. It must be dragged from the darkness and forced into the light. Share your pain. Share your pain with me... and gain strength from the sharing.

Sub for 1 month and then go back to F2P. You keep all the goodies you get from that when you drop back. Save the 500 zen you get from the stipend to buy the EC cap increase. Staying a monthly sub for this game isn't worth it. If you plan to be here for the long haul, then the LTS might be worth it for you if you can swing it. Otherwise I don't advise staying as a monthly sub.

Sub for 1 month for the unlocks, play for awhile, decide if a lifetime sub makes sense for you. If yes, wait for LTS to go on sale again.

I agree with this to some extent.
alternatively you could just stay as a free player and save up for the lifetime sub, by the time it comes around on sale again you will have made up your mind if you want to keep playing then you can use your savings for the lifetime package and you wont have wasted that first months payment if you decide its worth buying lifetime or not.
the goodies you get when you buy the lifetime sub on sale more then makes up for the cost and would take you years to get if you subbed monthly.
subbing for one month is the cheapest option but you don't get very much for your money.
buying lifetime during a sale is definitely the best value for money overall, it will only be about 6 months by the next sale comes around and by then you will know if its worth the investment.
they usually knock a third off of the full price of lifetime during a sale so its a massive saving.

I have never regretted buying the LTS its paid for itself time and time again not only with the lifetime rewards but also with the 500zen ($5) I get every month to spend in game on whatever I want.

When I think about everything we've been through together,

maybe it's not the destination that matters, maybe it's the journey,

and if that journey takes a little longer,

so we can do something we all believe in,

I can't think of any place I'd rather be or any people I'd rather be with.

If you are actively leveling (1 through 60, the 60+ spec grind doesn't count for this) at least one captain subbing for that month does have the benefit of getting you a respec token for each rank increase (KDF skip a few iirc). Each token costs 500 Zen in the store and cannot be purchased from the exchange. Gaining two of the tokens and the 500 zen stipend will put you at the break even point for a full price sub for the month.
