Admiralty a bit disappointed on that level 10 is the max what is the major purpose for doing it? is there more to it other than send ship out al day ?
What am I missing here ?
You're missing the Dil, Ship card, XP and EC (I think I got some awarded) plus extra slot that is awarded when hitting 10. 10 is intended to be the max level. This doesn't stop you repeatedly running missions and repeating the Tour of Duty. Admiralty is by far the best addition to a player's economy as it brings in a higher income than doffing if played right.
"You don't want to patrol!? You don't want to escort!? You don't want to defend the Federation's Starbases!? Then why are you flying my Starships!? If you were a Klingon you'd be killed on the spot, but lucky for you.....you WERE in Starfleet. Let's see how New Zealand Penal Colony suits you." Adm A. Necheyev.
I realize it is Doffing with ships I guess I was expecting a bit more than just stopping at lvl 10, maybe it will go higher later on in the game with more added to it.
Level ten is the faction max, but you can keep doing assignments for resources and the tours can be repeated infinitely so you can continue to get thse rewards as well multiple times. Plus it is a great boost to getting spec points with the daily bonus and the regular experience from the higher cost assignments.
True, it's max at 10 but Im able to keep doing the missions. Grind baby grind. I do feel I'm paying for it in my doff assignments. Some are missing now. Or maybe they are fare to rare that I will never see them again. 4028 is a good example I feel. But then, I could be wrong and Im just not seeing them in the 5 hours a day on week days and 12 hours a day on the weekend on holidays I play..

Doffing is broken in so many ways right now: Rarity not effecting payout, missions missing, sector space is convoluted. You're not missing much.
Admiralty is just that. You being an admiral and sending out your ships to do missions. But yeah sometimes I wish I could go on that mission myself. Just like doffs. Beating contraband out of your crew. How frakking cool would that be lol...
There's a lot of room there for more campaigns. I guess it's not guaranteed that they will add more but it sure makes a lot of sense, and there's a ton of room for creativity here. I'd say there's a good sporting chance we'll see more.
Captain Jean-Luc Picard: "We think we've come so far. Torture of heretics, burning of witches, it's all ancient history. Then - before you can blink an eye - suddenly it threatens to start all over again."
"With the first link, the chain is forged. The first speech censured, the first thought forbidden, the first freedom denied, chains us all irrevocably."
It's Doffing with ships. The point is the rewards for each mission and the Tour of Duty chain rewards, those don't stop at level 10.
Don't need the rewards, or don't like doing it for its own sake- skip it.
That's the problem though--unlike the doff system, the rewards are too good to just skip. Hell, this system alone changes the 50-60 crawl from agonizing to trivial. Since it came out, my low-50 alts are now creeping their way up to 60, and all I've had to do is spend a few minutes on each one, clicking TRIBBLE in a menu.
For leveling, it's a bandaid fix. For all types of play, it's almost too lucrative, to the point that skipping it will mean shortchanging yourself. Not going to lie, I hope the rewards get nerfed.
It also requires a little more thought than doffing, where 99% of the time you can take the automatic recommendation.
With Admiralty if you want to tackle the harder missions or fill all your slots you have to look at ship stats and bonus effects to fit together your squads.
The Admiralty system has already gotten me as many, if not more, post 60 leveling spec points as I scrounged up during all of DR.
Up until Admiralty, Featured Episode weekly boxes were my source of spec points outside of the odd one or two a month I picked up from (non-Argala, non-grind, normal) play.
This is my Risian Corvette. There are many like it, but this one is mine.
I'd love to see a new campaign added every month or two, given how comparatively simple I think this compared to other types of content.
Campaigns don't have to be restricted to just factions, they can be for any given political entity shown, even member worlds. The Dominion, Ferengi Alliance, Cardassian Union, Bajorans, Vulcans, Tholians, Benthans, Krenim - anything with a form of government and need could be a potential campaign.

I find that there isn't much thinking involved when you have a lot of ships. Of course not everyone is a veteran with tons of otherwise largely useless ship unlocks though.
The Hegh is a Q-send though with that +20 Sci per any other ship you slot. Coupled with the Rhode Island, this helps the poor KDF (and their Romulan friends) to tackle sci-heavy assignments.
Yes, you have to think about how you are going to assign ships to maximize the Success percentage. My only 'problem' is that many of the Assignments are too short and even in a somewhat short play session you can cycle through up to a couple of dozen ships to to the Repair Yards especially when you have seven or eight slots.
I like it though overall and it has provided a good number of Spec Points/Specialization XP.

Bundleships are great to get those low requirement assignments out of the way. Also, I tend to set up assignments only once a day on each character, that's more than enough.
Except for the Hestia, I have all Federation ships and Shuttles, all Event Ships, and a half dozen or so Fleet versions of some of those ships. With single use awards that one character can reach up into the low 90s for ships available. Even with that horde some of the Assignments are hard to get up to some Profession's single Stat requirements, so you are going to have to just try and maximize percentages.

For some of us with ridiculously large ship inventories, it's been a 2 week exercise in receiving massive amounts of XP, spec points, R&D resources and dilithium if you're Fed. For all other factions (everyone else) it's been another time sink that adds depth and fun to the game.
My non-fed alts are generating spec points at the rate of about 1.15 a week. This is amazing, and I'm happy.
My Feds are dancing, throwing parties and occasionally making off-color remarks to everyone else.
There will be new mission-sets and things added to Admiralty. They've alluded to such. The Admiralty isn't what I'd have hoped for (actual mission where you spread your boffs across multiple ships you own to collectively tackle a special mission), it does do something to help manage the imbalance between my MULTIPLE alts.

Peeps complained that with delta rising the game got too grindy and too atl-unfriendly.
Well, with the Admiralty system it’s not.
With 9 endgame toons on my hands the rewards of the admiralty system are so dizzying that aside from a fistfull of reputation marks I have the feeling that I don’t have to play actively for anything really.
Only thing that’s left is fun in game, the way it should be.

It was a disappointment to me when the info about it was released. The rewards are nice, but there's no fun factor to it and I don't feel any more like an admiral then I before. It's basically good for leveling, dilithium, and ec. Which is all wonderful, but I'd rather do something entertaining to earn currency.
